This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable considering the excellent facilities and services provided. The rooms are very well equipped with a small kitchen suitable for light cooking. Additionally, the staff is friendly, accommodating and cooperative, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

No improvements needed - everything was excellent.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the ski slopes and the lake. The sauna was quite nice and perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Another good thing I found was that they gave you a bottle of wine when you arrived in your room. Plus, there were some Christmas decorations in the lobby that were very pretty.

The room was cold and the heating did not work properly, despite reporting it to the staff nothing seemed to be done, and the problem persisted throughout our stay. the room was quite small and not as clean as we would have liked.

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service and attention to detail provided by the staff. Secondly, the hotel's location in the center of the ski resort was perfect. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance, including the ski lifts and various restaurants. Lastly, the rooms were exceptionally well-equipped, especially the small kitchen. It had everything I needed for light cooking and was a great addition to the overall comfort of the stay. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast options offered.

The kitchen in our room was well-equipped, and the location was great for skiing. Just a short walk to the slopes made it very convenient. we were pleasantly surprised to be given lift passes for our entire weekend stay.
